My husband and I are on a much needed vacation! We arrived at our mountain vacation cabin yesterday afternoon and we’re leaving Sunday.

It seems like forever since we were last on a vacation, until my husband reminded me that we were just on vacation in April for my birthday where we spent a week in the luxurious Venetian. And then in February for our anniversary we spent a week in Lake Tahoe. Okay so maybe we’ve had more vacations this year than I realized. I just thank God for blessing us so that we can take time off to just get away from it all, relax, and have fun.

As our friends know, my husband and I recognize our wedding anniversary monthly. So every month on the 11th we celebrate. Today is our 92nd month anniversary and I have to admit, with all my dr. appointments going on I completely forgot it was our anniversary… until I walked into the kitchen and saw some beautiful roses on the table!

I have a migraine now but hopefully later this evening I’ll feel better so we can go out and have a nice dinner. I’m thinking steak and crabbake from Longhorns. MMMMMmmm!

I need some opinions to help settle a debate between me and my husband.  One of us believes we should give our babies (our cats) bottled/filtered water and one of us believes that our babies can drink tap water. One argues, “If we don’t drink water out of the tap, we shouldn’t give it to our babies either“… and one argues… “But cats lick their own butts, if they don’t get sick from licking their own butts, then surely they won’t get sick from drinking tap water“. 

 So… what do YOU think?  Should we give our cats bottled/filtered water or no?
