I’m at the point where I strongly believe Don Imus just likes to see his name in the news. Some people will do anything to try to stay relevant.

Months after returning to the radio with a pledge to mend the wounds caused by his comments about a women’s basketball team, Don Imus is once again defending on-air remarks regarding race.

During an on-air conversation Monday about the arrests of suspended Dallas Cowboys cornerback Adam Jones, Imus asked, “What color is he?”

Told by sports announcer Warner Wolf that Jones, who used to be nicknamed Pacman, is “African-American,” Imus responded: “There you go. Now we know.”

Apparently Amy Winehouse has been diagnosed with the lung disease emphysema. How sad for this 24 year old woman with such an incredible voice. It’s unfortunate that there are women in the music industry today who are getting all the recognition, but can’t sing and then there are women like Amy Winehouse who has been blessed with this great talent, and she throws it down the toilet. My music listening consists of mostly gospel music, but for the few times when I do listen to secular music, she was one that I really liked. Maybe this is the ‘wake up’ call she needs to get her life in order.

So I just watched this commercial that said children under 4′9″ should be in booster seats when riding in a car. I’m 4′10″. Just 1 inch away from needing a booster seat lol.

One of my favorite cable shows is starting up with a new season tonight, Weeds!

I really, really, REALLY want to go see George Michael in concert. He’s coming to Atlanta in July and several weeks ago when I saw him on American Idol and he mentioned he was going on tour, I quickly went to Ticketmaster, only to find that all the good seats were already taken. So, if anybody know where I can get some good seats for Atlanta, without me having to put out a second mortgage, let me know please.

-The Sims2 is laced with virtual crack. I recently added on Sims 2 Freetime and now every bit of my ‘freetime’ is spent on this game.

-I need a vacation. When I spend more than a minute looking for glasses that are already on my face, it’s way past due time for a vacation.

-Why does it seem like the people who want to have kids, can’t and the people who really shouldn’t be having kids seem to be able to pop them out
